Crispy Chickpea Bites

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the chickpeas, onion, garlic, flour, spices, oil, and salt in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Form the mixture into 8 small balls or patties using wet hands.
- If desired, roll each bite in breadcrumbs.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 30-35 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Serve in a pita or wrap with hummus, veggies, tahini sauce, or on top of a salad.
