Ingredients

The chickpeas

  • 1 can Chickpeas, drained and dried

The seasoning

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas, then dry them with paper towels until they feel dry.
  3. Toss the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then toss them and bake for an additional 12-15 minutes until crunchy.
  5. Watch closely to prevent burning.
  6. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
