Mini Apple Crisps

The Crumble

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a muffin tin with paper muffin cups, spraying them with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, toss together the apple cubes, orange juice, orange zest, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt for the crumble topping.
- Cut the softened butter into the dry ingredients until it forms crumbles.
- Press 2 tablespoons of the crumble mixture into each muffin cup to create the crust and bake for 10 minutes.
- After baking, let the crust cool for 10 minutes.
- Scoop 1½-2 tablespoons of the apple filling into each crust and top with 1-2 tablespoons of crumble.
- Bake again for 20-25 minutes until the tops are golden brown and apples are fork-tender.
- Let the mini apple crisps rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
