Strawberry Cashew Milk

The strawberry puree

fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

Instructions
- Soak the cashews and dates in water overnight.
- Cook the strawberries with water until softened, then mix in vanilla and salt.
- Strain the strawberry mixture to get puree.
- Blend the soaked cashews and dates until smooth, then strain through a nut bag.
- Blend the cashew milk with the strawberry puree and additional water until smooth.
- Adjust sweetness and color as desired, then strain again and store in the fridge.
