Instant Pot Cajun Pasta

Instructions
- Layer the onion, then the pasta, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, broth, and heavy cream in the pot, pressing down the pasta to submerge it without stirring.
- Add the sausage on top.
- Seal the lid and set the steam release knob to the Sealing position.
- Select the Pressure Cook/Manual button and set the timer for 5 minutes.
- After cooking, perform a controlled quick release of the pressure.
- Once the pin drops, stir the pasta and add the parmesan and roasted red peppers, mixing gently.
- Cover the pot and let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Stir in the fresh basil just before serving and serve hot.
