The sauce

Rao's Arrabiatta Sauce (or any other low carb sauce)
Instructions
- Let the steaks come to room temperature for 30 minutes and prepare the vegetables.
- Make the Garlic Parmesan Butter by mixing softened butter, grated Parmesan, and grated garlic, then refrigerate.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare an oven-safe frying pan.
- Season the steaks with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then sear in the hot pan for 1½ to 2 minutes on each side.
- Insert a meat thermometer into one steak and transfer the pan to the oven to finish cooking.
- In the same pan, sauté the onions and peppers in olive oil for 2-3 minutes, then add the wine and mushrooms, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in fresh thyme at the end of cooking the vegetables, then remove from heat.
- Add the red sauce to the pan to warm it up.
- Plate the dish by dividing the sauce, placing the steaks on top, adding a tablespoon of Parmesan butter, and serving the vegetables on the side.
