Instructions
- Freeze brewed cold coffee in ice cube trays overnight.
- In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and vanilla; simmer until thickened.
- Mix cocoa powder, honey, coconut milk, salt, chocolate, and coconut oil in a pot to make chocolate sauce.
- Combine yeast and warm milk in a bowl; let it rest, then mix with flour, vanilla, egg yolks, sugar, and salt.
- Knead the dough, let it rise for an hour, then roll out and cut into doughnut shapes.
- Fry the doughnuts until golden brown, then cool slightly.
- Mix powdered sugar, coconut milk, coffee, and melted chocolate for the glaze; dip doughnuts in glaze.
- To make the iced coffee, mix sweetened condensed coconut milk, coconut milk, and vanilla; serve over coffee ice cubes.
