Instructions
- Combine date paste, cacao powder, carob powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt in a large mixing bowl and mix until a thick paste forms.
- Add about ½ cup of the milk and whisk until smooth and free of lumps.
- Add the remaining milk and chia seeds, mixing until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Divide the pudding into bowls and garnish with nuts and dried fruits before serving.
