Ingredients

The pork chops

  • 4 large bone-in pork chops

The seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ tablespoon dried parsley
  • ½ tablespoon garlic, minced
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

The cooking ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth or pork broth

Instructions

  1. 1. Season the pork chops with brown sugar, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  2. 2. Set the Instant Pot to 'Saute mode' and add butter. Sear the pork chops for 3 minutes on each side.
  3. 3. Add the Worcestershire sauce and broth to the pot. Lock the lid and set the vent to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 7 minutes.
  4. 4. Allow natural pressure release for several minutes before releasing any remaining pressure.
  5. 5. Serve the pork chops immediately with your favorite sides.
