Instructions
- 1. Season the pork chops with brown sugar, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper on both sides.
- 2. Set the Instant Pot to 'Saute mode' and add butter. Sear the pork chops for 3 minutes on each side.
- 3. Add the Worcestershire sauce and broth to the pot. Lock the lid and set the vent to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 7 minutes.
- 4. Allow natural pressure release for several minutes before releasing any remaining pressure.
- 5. Serve the pork chops immediately with your favorite sides.
