Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cane sugar, brown sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until fully combined.
- Gently fold in the grated zucchini and walnuts if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and top with additional walnuts if desired.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Let the bread cool in the pan before slicing.
