Instructions
- Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and parsley, and place them in a large bowl with the chickpeas.
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt until emulsified.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well coated.
