Chai Paleo Granola
Ingredients
The granola base

The wet ingredients

applesauce with no added sugar

vanilla liquid stevia
Instructions
- Soak the nuts for 8 hours, then rinse and strain them.
- Pulse the nuts in a food processor or chop them roughly, then add to a mixing bowl.
- Mix in the shredded coconut, almond flour, coconut sugar, chia seed meal, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, and sea salt until well combined.
- Add the applesauce and stevia, mixing again until combined.
- Spread the mixture onto lined dehydrator trays.
- Dehydrate overnight at about 115°F until dry and crunchy.
- Break into desired sizes and enjoy, or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
