Instructions
- Rinse the apple, cucumber, and spinach well.
- Core and dice the apple, then peel, seed, and chop the cucumber.
- Pour the water into a blender and add the Greek yogurt and lemon juice.
- Add the diced apple, chopped cucumber, spinach, mint leaves, and sweetener.
- Blend until smooth, then taste and adjust sweetness or texture as needed.
