Ingredients

  • 1 heaping cup cubed pineapple
  • ½ large ripe, peeled, frozen banana
  • ¼ cup light coconut milk
  • ½ cup filtered water
  • 1 medium lime (zested + juiced)
  • 1 large handful greens (spinach or kale)
  • 2-4 pieces ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend cucumber, pineapple, frozen banana, coconut milk, water, lime zest, lime juice, greens, and ice cubes until smooth.
  2. Adjust thickness by adding more ice for a thicker smoothie or more liquid for a thinner consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust flavor with additional lime juice, banana, or coconut milk as needed.
  4. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
