Instructions
- Prepare onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
- In the Instant Pot, combine ground beef and stew meat, breaking the ground beef into small pieces.
- Season the meat with chili powder, smoked paprika, chipotle powder, salt, and pepper, then add liquid smoke.
- Pour in the beef broth and add onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
- Seal the Instant Pot and cook on the 'soup' setting, then quick release the pressure.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, then serve with desired toppings.
- For the slow cooker, combine all ingredients and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 5-6 hours, then serve.
