Ingredients

  • 1 unit bell pepper, diced
  • ½ unit red onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup olives, chopped
  • 1 15 oz can chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup basil leaves, chopped
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the bell pepper, red onion, garlic, olives, and chickpeas in a medium bowl.
  2. Add the olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and basil.
  3. Gently toss everything together and adjust the seasonings as needed.
