Roasted Garlic Parmesan Potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash the potatoes and cut them in halves or quarters based on their size.
- Arrange the cut potatoes on the baking sheet.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan and add garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper; cook for 1 minute.
- Pour the butter mixture over the potatoes and toss to coat.
- Bake the potatoes for 30 minutes, then toss with parmesan cheese.
- Cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle with fresh herbs and additional parmesan if desired.
