Roasted Garlic Parmesan Potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and grease a 9x13 glass casserole dish.
- Spread 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese evenly into the bottom of the dish.
- Slice the mini potatoes in half and add them to a large bowl.
- Add melted butter, minced garlic, the remaining parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, and onion powder to the bowl.
- Stir everything together until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes.
- Toss the potatoes and bake for another 20 minutes or until golden brown.
