Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C).
- Cut slits into the potatoes without cutting all the way through.
- Place the potatoes in a roasting pan and brush them with olive oil and melted butter.
- Add garlic, parsley, lemon, and thyme between the potatoes.
- Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Roast the potatoes for 1 hour, basting with the oil mixture at 30-minute intervals.
- After 1 hour, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the potatoes.
- Turn off the oven and leave the potatoes inside for 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Serve immediately.
