Maple Bacon Wrapped Brussels Sprouts

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat mat.
- Cut each slice of bacon into four thin strips.
- Brush each bacon strip with maple syrup.
- Wrap the bacon around each brussels sprout and place them on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the wrapped sprouts with more maple syrup and season with black pepper.
- Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until the bacon is cooked and the brussels sprouts are tender.
