Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Mix the maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, and cayenne in a small bowl.
- Brush one side of each bacon strip with the maple mixture.
- Wrap each Brussels sprout half with a bacon strip and secure with a toothpick.
- Place the wrapped sprouts on the baking sheet and brush or dunk them in the remaining glaze.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the bacon is crisp.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
