Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and place a rack over a baking sheet.
- Brush halved bacon pieces with maple syrup and sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
- Roll each Brussels sprout in a slice of bacon and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the wrapped sprouts with remaining maple syrup.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the sprouts are tender.
- Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing mayonnaise, maple syrup, mustard, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper until smooth.
- Serve the warm bacon wrapped Brussels sprouts with the dipping sauce.
