Easy Mexican Instant Pot Black Beans

Instructions
- Set the Instant Pot to Saute mode.
- Add grape seed oil and onions, and saute until onions are translucent.
- Add garlic and saute until fragrant.
- Add fresh cilantro and red pepper, and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the dry black beans and spices, and stir for 1 minute.
- Pour in the water and salsa verde.
- Cancel Saute mode and set to Pressure Cooker mode.
- Cover and cook on HIGH pressure for 45 minutes.
- Do a natural release, then stir in lime juice and adjust salt if needed.
