Instructions
- Rinse the black beans well and remove any broken beans or shells.
- Add the rinsed beans, water, broth, and seasonings to the Instant Pot, ensuring there is enough liquid to cover the beans.
- Close and seal the pot, then cook on Manual High Pressure for 28 minutes.
- After cooking, allow the steam to release naturally for 20 minutes.
- Open the pot, remove the bay leaves, and let the beans cool before serving.
