The beans

Instructions

  1. Rinse the black beans well and remove any broken beans or shells.
  2. Add the rinsed beans, water, broth, and seasonings to the Instant Pot, ensuring there is enough liquid to cover the beans.
  3. Close and seal the pot, then cook on Manual High Pressure for 28 minutes.
  4. After cooking, allow the steam to release naturally for 20 minutes.
  5. Open the pot, remove the bay leaves, and let the beans cool before serving.
