Instant Pot Black Beans

Instructions
- If soaking, soak beans overnight in cool water for 10-12 hours and drain.
- Set Instant Pot to Saute mode, add oil, garlic, and onion, and saute until softened.
- Add water or stock and black beans, secure the lid.
- For unsoaked beans, cook on manual high pressure for 35 minutes; for soaked beans, cook for 8 minutes.
- Do not release pressure immediately; let it naturally release until the pin drops.
- Stir in seasoning and salt to taste after natural release.
