Instant Pot Black Beans

Instructions
- Remove any foreign objects from the beans, wash them, and set aside.
- Press the 'Saute' function on the Instant Pot and heat for about 3 minutes.
- Add oil to the pot once it starts to sizzle.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell peppers, stirring for about 3-4 minutes.
- Add Creole seasoning, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper, stirring for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the beans and water, then close the Instant Pot and set the valve to 'Sealing'.
- Press the 'Pressure Cook' button, select 'High Pressure', and set the time for 30 minutes.
- Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then manually release the remaining pressure.
- Adjust the consistency as desired and serve with rice.
