Red Lentil Hummus

The hummus

red lentils, soaked, cooked, rinsed

Himalayan sea salt

red wine vinegar

Instructions
- Soak the lentils overnight in water.
- Rinse the lentils in the morning and transfer them to a medium-sized saucepan.
- Cover the lentils with water, lightly salt, and bring to a boil.
- Simmer the lentils for around 20 minutes or until tender, then strain and let cool.
- Combine all ingredients for the hummus in a food processor and blend until well combined, about 1 minute.
- Transfer the hummus into a bowl and top with optional garnishes before serving.
