Instructions
- Place the garlic clove in a food processor and pulse until broken down.
- Add the steamed lentils, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, and sea salt into the food processor.
- Blend until well combined into a thick paste.
- Slowly blend in water until achieving a light, creamy consistency.
- Taste and adjust flavors as needed.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and optionally top with extra cumin, fresh parsley, and a drizzle of olive oil.
