Instructions
- Add garlic to a food processor and pulse until broken down.
- Add garbanzo beans, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, and salt to the food processor.
- Blend until well combined and a thick paste forms.
- Slowly blend in ice-cold water until you achieve a light, fluffy consistency.
- Taste and adjust the flavors as desired.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and optionally top with extra cumin and olive oil.
