Instructions
- Combine garbanzo beans, lemon juice, garlic, tahini, salt, and pepper in a food processor or high-speed blender.
- Process on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute until creamy.
- If needed, add 1-2 tablespoons of water or aquafaba to achieve desired consistency.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until chilled.
