Tofu Option

  • 16 ounces firm tofu
  • ¼ cup dairy free milk
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • to taste drizzle oil for cooking

Store Bought Vegan Egg Option

  • 1 container store bought liquid vegan egg

Instructions

  1. For chickpea flour option, whisk all ingredients except oil until smooth, pour into a pan, and cook over medium-low heat, scrambling until cooked through.
  2. For tofu option, press tofu to remove excess water, whisk remaining ingredients, crumble tofu, cook until browned, then add milk mixture and heat through.
  3. For store bought option, follow the package instructions and add any desired flavors or veggies.
