Instructions

  3. 3. Once the skillet is hot, add coconut oil and place the plantains in the pan without crowding.
  4. 4. Cook the plantains for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are browned and caramelized.
  5. 5. Serve warm with optional toppings like dairy-free ice cream or coconut whipped cream.
