Crispy Pan Fried Plantains

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 plantain plantain
  • to taste N/A sea salt

Instructions

  1. Heat a medium-sized pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Peel the plantain and cut it into small slices about ΒΌ inch thick.
  3. Once the pan and oil are hot, add the plantain slices and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Cook for 3 minutes, then flip the plantain pieces and sprinkle with more salt.
  5. Cook for another 3 minutes and remove from the pan.
  6. Place on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil and enjoy!
