Instructions
- Score the plantain peels lengthwise and remove them.
- Cut the plantains in half, then cut each half into quarters to create strips.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the oil.
- Place the plantain strips in the skillet and season with salt.
- Flip the strips after a few minutes and season with salt again, adding more oil if necessary.
- Cook until the fries are crispy on both sides.
- Remove from heat and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- Serve with your favorite sauces.
