Paleo Hash Browns

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces green plantains
  • 2-3 Tbsp avocado oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the plantains and shred them using a grater.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add avocado oil.
  3. Once the oil is hot, add the shredded plantains in a thin layer and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and easily sliding in the pan.
  5. Flip the hash browns, season again, and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
