Instructions
- Peel the plantains and shred them using a grater.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add avocado oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add the shredded plantains in a thin layer and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and easily sliding in the pan.
- Flip the hash browns, season again, and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
