Easy Healthy Instant Pot BBQ Chicken

Instructions
- Whisk together all BBQ sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Refrigerate half of the sauce for later use.
- Pour the other half of the sauce into the Instant Pot and add the chicken on top.
- Set the Instant Pot to cook for 20 minutes at high pressure.
- Allow the pressure to naturally release for 15 minutes, then release any remaining pressure.
- Shred the chicken in the pot and mix with the juices.
- Serve topped with the reserved BBQ sauce.
