Instructions
- Place the trivet inside the Instant Pot and add water.
- Place the chicken on the trivet and set the cooker to high pressure for 10 minutes.
- After cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and shred it with two forks.
- Remove the trivet and discard the liquid from the pot.
- Add the shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder back into the pot.
- Stir to combine and serve hot.
