Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot and stir to combine.
- Secure the lid with the vent in the 'Sealing' position and set to Manual High Pressure for 10 minutes.
- After cooking, carefully Quick Release the pressure and remove the lid.
- Shred the chicken using your preferred method and return it to the Instant Pot.
- Set the Instant Pot to Sauté mode, stir to coat the chicken in sauce, and heat for 5 minutes.
- Serve the shredded chicken warm.
