BBQ sauce, divided
Instructions
- Add olive oil to the bottom of the Instant Pot.
- Layer in the chicken breasts, chicken stock, onion, garlic, paprika, and 1 cup of BBQ sauce in that order.
- Lock the lid and set to manual pressure cook for 10 minutes.
- After cooking, allow a natural release for 10 minutes followed by a quick release.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix in the remaining ½ cup of BBQ sauce.
- Serve the BBQ chicken as desired.
