Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by trimming the Napa cabbage and mushrooms.
- Heat a wok or skillet over high heat and add the cooking oil.
- Stir-fry the garlic until aromatic or light brown, then remove half and set aside.
- Add the Napa cabbage and mushrooms to the wok and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
- Add the oyster sauce and stir to combine well without overcooking the cabbage.
- Dish out and top with the reserved fried garlic, then serve immediately.
