Napa Cabbage Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped Napa cabbage
  • 4 oz mushroom
  • 1 ½ tablespoons cooking oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by trimming the Napa cabbage and mushrooms.
  2. Heat a wok or skillet over high heat and add the cooking oil.
  3. Stir-fry the garlic until aromatic or light brown, then remove half and set aside.
  4. Add the Napa cabbage and mushrooms to the wok and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
  5. Add the oyster sauce and stir to combine well without overcooking the cabbage.
  6. Dish out and top with the reserved fried garlic, then serve immediately.
