Fruit and Yogurt Jello Cups

Ingredients

The base

  • 3 containers nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 package dry mix of sugar free Jell-O gelatin
  • cup chopped fruit
  • 12 tablespoons light whipped topping

Optional toppings

  • to taste additional fruit for topping

Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt and Jell-O mix in a microwavable bowl until well combined.
  2. Microwave the mixture for 2-3 minutes, stirring each minute until the Jell-O dissolves.
  3. Stir in the chopped fruit.
  4. Line 6 cups of a muffin tin with paper liners.
  5. Divide the yogurt mixture evenly among the cups and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Before serving, remove the liners and top each cup with whipped topping.
