hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
Instructions
- Dissolve caster sugar with water in a saucepan to create caramel, then coat hazelnuts and let them dry.
- Melt plain chocolate with cream and Nutella in a saucepan, mix until combined, and let it cool.
- Scoop a small piece of the chocolate mixture, place a caramel-coated hazelnut in the center, and roll into a ball. Repeat until all mixture is used.
- Roll the balls in chopped hazelnuts and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
