The Sauce

Instructions
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and add the sliced beef, setting aside.
- Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then add the beef with the sauce and cook for 3 minutes on each side before removing.
- Let the liquid simmer for about 1 minute, then add garlic, green onion, and mushrooms, cooking for 3 minutes until lightly sautéed.
- Add snap peas, red pepper, and water chestnuts, along with additional coconut aminos if needed, and cook for 3-4 minutes until fork tender.
- Return the beef to the skillet, stir to combine, and cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
- Serve over cauliflower rice, greens, or zoodles.
