Sheet Pan Sesame Beef

The beef and marinade

The vegetables

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Slice the steak into thin strips and place it in a shallow dish.
- Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl and pour over the steak, mixing to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the steak is marinating, prepare the cauliflower and broccoli.
- Place the broccoli florets on a sheet pan, drizzle with avocado oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 5 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the oven and turn the oven to broil.
- Add the riced cauliflower to the pan, mixing it with the broccoli, and push the vegetables to the sides.
- Spread the marinated steak evenly between the vegetables and broil for 5-6 minutes or until the steak is cooked to your liking, flipping the pieces as needed.
- Once done, serve in bowls with cauliflower rice, broccoli, and steak, garnished with sesame seeds and red pepper flakes if desired.
