The sauce

Better Than Bouillon Beef Base
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by mincing garlic and ginger, cutting broccoli into florets, and slicing the flank steak.
- Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add half of the olive oil.
- Brown the beef for 30 seconds on one side, then turn it over and cook until done. Remove the beef and keep warm.
- Add the remaining olive oil to the pan, then add garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant.
- Add the sauce and broccoli to the pan, stirring briefly, then cover to steam until the broccoli is crisp-tender.
- Remove the broccoli and reduce the sauce to a few tablespoons.
- Return the beef and broccoli to the pan, warming through and coating with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve.
