Instructions
- Slice the flank steak against the grain into bite-sized pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together coconut oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar, then pour over the steak and mix well.
- Heat a non-stick pan with one tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated steak and half the sauce to the pan, searing for 5 minutes while turning halfway through.
- Add the second tablespoon of sesame oil, then add the broccoli and the remaining sauce.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender, then reduce heat and simmer until the broccoli reaches your desired texture.
