Instructions
- Slice the steak into thin strips and season with marinade ingredients. Marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Steam the broccoli by boiling water in a saucepan, adding the broccoli, covering, and cooking for 5-6 minutes until tender.
- Prepare the stir fry sauce by mixing hot water with Better Than Bouillon, then adding other sauce ingredients and stirring.
- Heat butter in a wok or skillet, add marinated steak, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Reduce heat, add stir fry sauce and broccoli, and cook until the steak reaches at least 145 degrees.
- Remove the beef and broccoli, add riced cauliflower to the skillet, and cook until soft.
- Serve the beef and broccoli with riced cauliflower.
