The Sauce

Better Than Bouillon Beef Base
Instructions
- Mince the garlic and ginger, cut the broccoli into florets, and slice the flank steak into ¼ inch pieces.
- Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add half of the olive oil.
- Add the beef to the pan and cook for 30 seconds on each side, then remove and keep warm.
- Add the remaining olive oil to the pan with the garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant.
- Add the sauce and broccoli, cover, and steam until the broccoli is crisp-tender.
- Reduce the sauce to a few tablespoons, then add the beef and broccoli back to the pan to warm through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
