Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sea salt, and baking soda.
- In a stand mixer, combine the melted butter with the brown and granulated sugars until mixed well.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture and blend until smooth.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped Twix candy bars and chocolate chips.
- Spread the cookie dough evenly in the prepared pan and drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
- Use a toothpick to swirl the caramel into the dough, then sprinkle lightly with sea salt.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and edges pull away from the pan.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack, then cut into squares and serve.
