No-Bake Twix Bars

The caramel filling

Instructions
- Combine the cookie layer ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms.
- Transfer the batter to a lined baking sheet and shape it into a rectangle about ½-inch thick.
- Freeze the cookie layer while preparing the caramel filling.
- Blend the caramel filling ingredients until well combined, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Remove the cookie layer from the freezer and spread the caramel filling on top.
- Return the layered cookie to the freezer for at least 20 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the chocolate coating ingredients in an oven-safe bowl at 350°F for about 5 minutes.
- Cut the cookie layer into 10 thin bars.
- Coat each bar with melted chocolate and return to the lined pan to set.
- Freeze the coated bars for at least 20 minutes before serving.
